How does Guidez match users to Salesforce records?

Guidez matches by email address via the identify() call. Events are automatically linked to the matching Contact or Lead. If no match exists, Guidez can optionally create a new Lead.

Yes. Any custom field updated by Guidez (Onboarding_Status__c, NPS_Score__c, Churn_Risk__c) can trigger Salesforce workflow rules, process builder flows, or Apex triggers.
