How does the Guidez Segment integration work?

Guidez sends track() events to your Segment source using your write key. These events flow to every Segment destination you have configured — Amplitude, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, and 300+ more — with zero additional setup.

Do I need to set up each destination separately?

No. You connect Guidez to Segment once. From there, Segment routes the events to all your configured destinations automatically. Adding a new destination to your stack does not require any Guidez changes.

Which Segment plan do I need?

The Guidez Segment integration works with all Segment plans including Free (Connections). Advanced features like Segment Audiences require Segment Engage (formerly Personas).

Can I filter which Guidez events go to which destinations?

Yes — use Segment's destination filters to send only specific events to specific tools. For example, send Tour Completed to Salesforce but not Amplitude.
