Guidez sends ai_question_asked (question category, page URL where asked), answer_rated (thumbs up/down rating from user), and ai_escalated (when user requests human help). Each event includes the user ID and session context.
Yes. When a user rates an AI answer negatively or requests human escalation, Guidez fires an escalation event to Zendesk. You can configure Zendesk automation to create a support ticket or task from this event with the full conversation context.
Escalation triggers: user explicitly clicks "Talk to a human," user rates the answer negatively, or the AI confidence score falls below your configured threshold. All escalation events include the original question text and the AI's attempted answer.
The Guidez AI Guide is trained from URLs you provide (docs, help center, marketing pages). If your documentation lives on a URL accessible to Guidez's crawler, it will be indexed and used for answers — regardless of which CMS or platform hosts it.
The Zendesk integration is included on all paid Guidez plans. The AI Guide assistant is available on Growth and Business plans. The AI Guide can handle unlimited conversations per month on those plans.
