What makes the Guidez Heap integration unique?

Heap automatically captures all user interactions — but without Guidez events, you can't distinguish onboarding-driven behavior from organic exploration. Adding Guidez events gives semantic meaning to Heap's automatic capture.

How does Guidez send events to Heap?

Guidez uses the Heap JavaScript API (heap.track()) to send named events with properties. These appear in the Heap Events library immediately and can be used in all Heap analyses.

Can I use Guidez events in Heap retroactively?

Future events yes — Heap captures them from the moment you connect. Historical events before the integration was set up cannot be retroactively attributed (this is a Heap limitation for custom events).
