Guidez follows the standard NPS classification: Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8), Detractors (0-6). These labels are included with every nps_submitted event and contact property update sent to Mixpanel.
Yes. You can configure Mixpanel automation to trigger based on the nps_score property or nps_label event property. Common automations: create at-risk task when nps_score ≤ 6, enroll in expansion sequence when nps_label = Promoter.
